What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Mandatory reporters are required to submit reports in writing including the reporter's name and address (reports may not be anonymous), the name/address/age/disability of the vulnerable adult, the persons responsible for the adult's care, and the nature and extent of the abuse, neglect, or exploitation.(Mandatory Reporting of Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of Vulnerable Adults (Adult Protective Services; 33 V.S.A.
