What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Comply with 12VAC5-381, all other applicable federal/state/local laws and regulations, and the organization's own policies and procedures (subsection B).(12VAC5-381-150 — Management and administration)
- 2Post the current department license for public inspection (subsection F).(12VAC5-381-150 — Management and administration)
- 3Notify the OLC 30 days in advance of changes affecting the organization (service area, address, ownership, services, operator, administrator, name, or closure) (subsection E).(12VAC5-381-150 — Management and administration)
- 4Maintain a prepared emergency-operations plan for inclement weather or natural disaster, including contacting/providing essential care to clients and a current list of clients requiring specialized assistance (subsection K).(12VAC5-381-150 — Management and administration)
- 5Provide regular posted business hours and be fully operational during them, and provide or arrange services on an on-call basis 24 hours a day, seven days a week (subsection I).(12VAC5-381-150 — Management and administration)
