What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Providers must adhere to the standard policies and procedures defined in the EDWP (CCSP and SOURCE) Program Policies and Procedures Manuals (§601.4.5).(Part II Policies and Procedures for EDWP-CCSP and SOURCE General Services)
- 2Across and within all HCBS waiver programs, a non-family representative may not represent more than three (3) waiver participants (§601.3.3).(Part II Policies and Procedures for EDWP-CCSP and SOURCE General Services)
