What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1A provider may not provide services for a relative participant the provider has a legal responsibility to support (§ 004.02(B)).(480 NAC Chapter 4, Section 480-4-004 — Provider Enrollment (Home and Community-Based Services))
- 2If a provider does not meet service-specific standards at interview but is willing to correct the deficiency within 30 days, the interview continues upon proof of compliance; if unwilling to correct within 30 days, the provider is denied or terminated (§ 004.01).(480 NAC Chapter 4, Section 480-4-004 — Provider Enrollment (Home and Community-Based Services))
