COMAR 10.07.05.07 — Inspection by the Department

What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Maintain records and reports supporting compliance, keep them open to Department inspection, and immediately provide copies on request (including client medical records), except records permitted to be stored off site (§C(1)).(COMAR 10.07.05.07 — Inspection by the Department)
  • 2Submit an acceptable plan of correction within 10 calendar days of receipt of a notice of violation or deficiency, including the date each deficiency will be corrected (§E(1)(b), §E(2)).(COMAR 10.07.05.07 — Inspection by the Department)
