What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Home Help agency providers must revalidate their CHAMPS enrollment information at least once every five years, or MDHHS end-dates the enrollment and stops payments.(MMP 23-64 - Change to Home Help Agency Provider CHAMPS Enrollment (NPI / EVV Preparation))
- 2Home Help agency providers must have an NPI entered in CHAMPS by the date they must begin using EVV, or Home Help payments may be impacted.(MMP 23-64 - Change to Home Help Agency Provider CHAMPS Enrollment (NPI / EVV Preparation))
