What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Providers must document service delivery through the state's electronic submission system/EVV (Netsmart).(EVV-Netsmart)
- 2Provider agencies must maintain member-protection safeguards, including abuse/neglect reporting and a personnel code of ethics, as required by the General Manual.(Member-Protection)
- 3Where services are subcontracted, the provider agency remains responsible for compliance with all EDWP CCSP/SOURCE requirements.(Subcontracting)
- 4Providers must be enrolled in EDWP CCSP/SOURCE and maintain the applicable Private Home Care Provider licensure to deliver waiver services.(General-Enrollment)
- 5Provider agencies must supervise EDWP CCSP/SOURCE services in accordance with the general supervision policies of the EDWP CCSP/SOURCE General Manual (Section 606.17).(606.17)
