What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 2SoonerCare will not pay a claim unless the data is from an OHCA authorized and approved EVV system or aggregator, includes all EVV verification requirements, corresponds with the services claimed, and is consistent with the prior authorization or plan of care. Applies to: home care agencies; personal care agencies; home health providers; self-directed service providers

Requires providers of personal care, home health, self-directed, and live-in caregiver services to use an OHCA-authorized electronic visit verification system that captures six federally required data elements, with training, data-retention, backup, and claims-payment conditions.
