What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Pay any penalty imposed within twenty days after receipt of the notice of order, unless a written hearing request is timely filed (in which case the penalty is due only upon completion of all review proceedings and a final order) (§11-700-11(c)).(HAR §11-700-11 — Enforcement)
