What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 4Retain legible copies of Department licensure/fire-safety inspections and surveys, federal HCFA surveys, Commissioner/Board orders, and Comptroller audit reports for thirty-six (36) months in a single file available for inspection during business hours to any person who requests to view them (0720-27-.11(4)).(Tenn.
