What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1The report must be submitted via the Universal Data Collection System (UDCS) platform by a person assigned the HCS Administrator Role.(2023 LHCSA Statistical Report and 2023 ALP LHCSA Statistical Report (DAL DHCBS 24-08))
- 2All LHCSAs (including ALP-affiliated) must annually register with the Department (PHL 3605-b) by submitting a complete 2023 LHCSA Statistical Report and/or 2023 ALP LHCSA Statistical Report, submitted by December 31, 2024.(2023 LHCSA Statistical Report and 2023 ALP LHCSA Statistical Report (DAL DHCBS 24-08))
