What this rule requires your agency to do

Illinois requires any entity operating a home services (personal care) agency to hold an IDPH license and sets conditions on licensure, out-of-state operation, closure notice, and branch offices (§245.80), plus worker qualification, background-check, training, and competency-documentation duties for the agency (§245.71).
