What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Develop and implement informed-consent policies and procedures for consent to changes to the recommended plan of care and for consent to assistance by a nonlicensed individual with routine treatments or self-administration of medications (§B(1)(d)).(COMAR 10.07.05.08 — Administration)
- 2Have a governing authority that convenes at least annually with management staff to review and advise on policies, and keeps minutes recording participants, agenda items, and actions taken (§A).(COMAR 10.07.05.08 — Administration)
- 3Develop and implement administration policies and procedures covering scope of services, care coordination and client notification, admission criteria, pre-admission assessment, billing/service records, the quality assurance program, and clinical management (assessment, plans, delegation, supervision) (§B(1)(a)).(COMAR 10.07.05.08 — Administration)
