What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Providers must use the Sandata system or an approved alternate EVV system to document the designated home health services listed in Table 2 for dates of service on and after Jan. 1, 2024.(Service Codes That Require Electronic Visit Verification)
- 2Providers must use the Sandata system or an approved alternate EVV system to document the designated personal care services listed in Table 1 (including Attendant Care S5125 U7 and U7 UA, and Homemaker S5130 U7 and U7 UA) for dates of service on and after Jan. 1, 2021.(Service Codes That Require Electronic Visit Verification)
