What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 2Each HHA shall develop and implement personnel policies, reviewed annually, specifying hours of work, organizational chart to the patient-care level, job descriptions and performance expectations, annual employee health screening, orientation plan, annual personnel evaluations with annual verification of current Louisiana licensure/certification, continuing education, disciplinary actions, grievance proceedings, health/safety, payroll, and criminal background investigations (§I-9119.A.1-12).(LAC 48:I.9119 — Personnel Policies and Records (Minimum Standards for Home Health Agencies))
