What this rule requires your agency to do

• 1Visit data must be sent to EAS in near-real-time: providers send records to the EVV vendor at least once a day, and vendors send all records to EAS at least once daily; weekly or monthly submission is out of compliance.(Reminder of EVV Requirements for Personal Care Service Providers)
