Requires each personal care services attendant's separate personnel file to document reference checks, background-check compliance under NRS 449.123, required health tests/certificates, first aid/CPR certification within 6 months, minimum age, motor-vehicle liability insurance where applicable, and all training and performance evaluations; and requires competency evaluation and Division access to files.
