NDAC 33-03-10.1-17 — Therapeutic Services

What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Providers must participate in and document all care planning, care conferences, and quality improvement activities (subsection 4).(NDAC 33-03-10.1-17 — Therapeutic Services)
