What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1The treatment plan must include orders for home health services (skilled nursing, home health aide, or other therapeutic services; medical supplies and equipment; medications and treatments when applicable; special dietary/nutritional needs when applicable; and medical tests when applicable) (subsection 2, subdiv a).(NDAC 33-03-10.1-13 — Medical Services)
