What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Upon receipt of a Department statement of deficiencies, return a plan of correction within ten (10) days stating how each deficiency will be corrected, the correction date, the systemic changes to prevent recurrence, and how corrective action will be monitored (0720-27-.03(4)).(Tenn.
