What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1(A) The agency must permit entry into and survey of the agency by authorized licensing authority representatives during the pendency of the application and, if licensed, during the licensure period.(NMAC 8.370.22.19 — AGENCY SURVEYS)
  • 2(C) Upon receipt of the official deficiency statement, the licensee or their representative must submit a plan of correction to the licensing authority within 10 working days, stating how the agency intends to correct each violation noted and the expected date of completion.(NMAC 8.370.22.19 — AGENCY SURVEYS)
