What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1The LS 300 must report total wage parity hours (all Medicaid-billable hours worked by all home care aides), total wage parity expenses (base hourly wages only, excluding overtime premiums), the lowest base wage rate paid, additional wages (NYC only), and supplemental wage rates broken down by health, education, pension, and other benefits.(Annual Compliance Statement of Wage Parity, Hours and Expenses (Form LS 300))
  • 2A LHCSA or FI must submit Form LS 300 (Annual Compliance Statement of Wage Parity, Hours and Expenses) to each CHHA, MCO, and LTHHCP with which it contracts for home health aide services during the year, in the affected regions of NYC, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk.(Annual Compliance Statement of Wage Parity, Hours and Expenses (Form LS 300))
