Governs homemakers (paraprofessional in-home workers): all homemaker services must follow a plan of care and be supervised by a Rhode Island-licensed nurse or a qualified degreed professional who conducts the initial in-home assessment and reassessments at least every three months; homemakers must complete a 20-hour classroom plus 5-hour practical training program approved by the Director and pass a final exam; and permissible duties are enumerated and may not include nursing-assistant duties.
