Rule 173-39-04 | ODA provider certification: structural compliance reviews

What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Within ten business days after ODA's designee issues a summary letter, the provider shall provide a plan of correction or evidence of compliance for violations not subject to disciplinary action.(Rule 173-39-04 | ODA provider certification: structural compliance reviews)
- 2If a unit-of-service error is detected during verification, the provider shall return the overpayment of funds to ODA or its designee using appropriate auditing procedures.(Rule 173-39-04 | ODA provider certification: structural compliance reviews)
- 3The provider shall participate in the review, including an introductory conference, and allow ODA's designee to review compliance with rule 173-39-02 and rules 173-39-02.1 to 173-39-02.24, and to verify a sample of paid service units.(Rule 173-39-04 | ODA provider certification: structural compliance reviews)
