What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Documentation of completed training must be maintained at the agency and made available to the Division of Medicaid upon request; failure to comply requires an acceptable plan of correction, and continued non-compliance results in suspension of Medicaid referrals and waiver admissions until requirements are met.(Elderly & Disabled Waiver Training Requirements)
- 2Personal Care and In-Home Respite direct care staff must successfully complete a mandatory training course upon hire covering all eleven listed topics and pass a scored examination prior to rendering services, and must attend the training annually each year after hire.(Elderly & Disabled Waiver Training Requirements)
