What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1An in-home personal services worker shall be at least eighteen years of age, have good moral character, and not have been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year that is rationally related to fitness to act as such a worker (§ 71-6502(1)–(3)).(Neb.
