What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Providers must develop or have in place screening procedures for appropriate patient use/eligibility, training of personnel/patients/family on the technology, documentation of informed choice and consent, and equipment policies and procedures (use, storage, cleaning).(Updated Telehealth in Home Health Care and Hospice (DAL DHCBS 24-03))
