What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Provider claims for PCS require EVV compliance as described in Section 041 of these rules in order to be eligible for payment (307.09).(IDAPA 16.03.10.307 - Personal Care Services: Provider Reimbursement (incl. supervisory RN/QIDP visits and EVV compliance))
