What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Providers billing personal care aide, home care attendant, waiver nursing, home health aide, home health nursing, and other covered in-home services subject to EVV must participate in the EVV program.(Rule 5160-32-01 | Electronic visit verification (EVV) program)
- 2To claim the live-in caregiver exemption, the provider must submit the request using ODM's exemption process and have approval reflected in the EVV system before the exemption applies.(Rule 5160-32-01 | Electronic visit verification (EVV) program)
