What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Providers billing personal care aide, home care attendant, waiver nursing, home health aide, home health nursing, and other covered in-home services subject to EVV must participate in the EVV program.(Rule 5160-32-01 | Electronic visit verification (EVV) program)
