What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1The licensee shall ensure all employees are skin-tested for tuberculosis within two weeks of initial hiring, suspected exposure to active tuberculosis, or development of symptoms (R432-725-7(3)(a)).(Utah Administrative Code Rule R432-725, Personal Care Agency Rule)
