Oregon requires any entity providing in-home care services to be licensed by the Oregon Health Authority under one of four classifications (Limited, Basic, Intermediate, Comprehensive). OAR 333-536-0010 governs the licensure application (written form, fee, background checks, change notifications), and ORS 443.315 sets the underlying license requirement, fee schedule, one-year non-transferable license term, and inspection requirements.
