What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Upon completing those requirements, each home health aide must pass the state test specified in K.A.R. 28-51-116 (subsection (b)).(KAR 28-51-112 — Home health aide training; state test)
- 2Each individual employed or contracted by a home health agency who is not licensed or registered but who assists under supervision in providing home health services to patients must meet the requirements of K.A.R. 28-51-113 through 28-51-115 (subsection (a)).(KAR 28-51-112 — Home health aide training; state test)

Requires each unlicensed/unregistered individual who assists under supervision in providing home health services to meet the qualification requirements of K.A.R. 28-51-113 through 115 and, upon completion, to pass the state home health aide test under K.A.R. 28-51-116.
