What this rule requires your agency to do

Applies to: personal care (home-based Personal Care Services delivered by licensed home health or personal care agencies)

Utah Medicaid's Personal Care Services manual requires that a registered nurse supervise the provision of PCS, perform a nursing assessment and make a supervisory visit to the member's residence at least every 60 days, and sign the care plan retained in the agency's permanent record.
