What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Payment for PASSPORT waiver services constitutes payment in full; the provider may not bill the individual for the difference between the medicaid payment and the provider's rate or request a co-payment or similar charge.(Rule 5160-31-07 | PASSPORT HCBS waiver program rate setting)
