What this rule requires your agency to do

Nevada requires agencies that provide personal care services in the home to conduct supervisory home visits or telephone calls to each client's home to ensure quality care, and to document a dated, signed evaluation covering the safety of techniques used, adherence to and adequacy of the service plan, sufficiency of attendant training, and any needed follow-up.
