What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1To use an alternate EVV vendor, providers must notify ODM or its contracted entity of the intent to seek ODM approval for the selected vendor and complete alternate system aggregator training.(Rule 5160-32-03 | Alternate electronic visit verification (EVV) vendor)
