What this rule requires your agency to do

Requires licensed home care agencies to develop, implement, and annually review a written client-approved plan of care based on an on-site visit, with alternate documentation permitted for one-time visits and DSHS CARE assessments allowed as the plan of care for AAA-contracted Medicaid clients.
