What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 3GPS functionality may be used only after obtaining the individual's signed consent, which must be obtained annually; the provider must maintain a copy of the signed consent and honor revocation at any time.(Rule 5160-32-02 | Electronic visit verification (EVV) data collection)
