What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Before a CHHA renders services to a patient, an RN must orient the CHHA to that patient and give written instructions regarding the home health services to be provided; copies of the written instructions must be kept in the patient's home and documentation of services kept in the patient's medical/health record.(N.J.A.C. 8:42-7.5 - Homemaker-home health aide services)
