HAR §11-700-7 — Service Plan

What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Ensure the service plan is signed by the supervisor and the client or the client's representative and incorporated into the client's record (§11-700-7(a)).(HAR §11-700-7 — Service Plan)
- 2Ensure staff bring to the supervisor's attention any changes in the client's condition that may indicate a need to alter the service plan, assist with additional services, or change service (§11-700-7(c)).(HAR §11-700-7 — Service Plan)
