What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1PCA services shall be reimbursable only when provided to Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare beneficiaries in their place of residence or place of employment, or at a post-secondary educational or training program.(N.J. Admin. Code § 10:60-3.2 - Basis for reimbursement for personal care assistant services)
- 2Reimbursable "place of residence" is limited to the enumerated settings: a private home; a rooming house; a boarding home (not Class C); a Child Protection and Permanency resource family home; a DDD group home/skill development home/supervised apartment or other congregate living program where personal care assistance is not already included in the living arrangement service package; or temporary emergency housing (e.g., hotel or shelter).(N.J.
