What this rule requires your agency to do

• 1The supervisor must evaluate each HCBS worker through direct on-site observation while the worker is providing HCBS at least every three months, covering tasks performed, relationships with patients, and adherence to the patient's plan of care (subsection (e)(3)).(KAR 28-51-118 — HCBS (home and community based services))
