What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1If any significant concerns are raised in the review, the SC supervisor must sign off on the completed review tool and mitigation plan, and the SC must document the concerns, the steps to be taken, or the reasons no additional action is necessary (q_110-q_117).(OLTL Bulletin 59-26-03 — Participant Review Tool (OBRA Waiver and Act 150))
