What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1The nurse monitor shall contact the participant to review status at a minimum of every 6 months, with at least one in-person home or workplace visit every 12 months, plus additional monitoring at a frequency established with the participant based on medical condition or clinical status.(COMAR 10.09.20.11 — Covered Services: Nurse Monitoring (Community Personal Assistance Services))
