Applies to: personal care
Nevada regulates agencies that provide personal care services in the home under NAC Chapter 449. NAC 449.3972 governs the license itself: each license is location- and person-specific, must name the person responsible for the agency, and the agency must retain and verify proof of liability coverage and of compliance with NRS 449.065 and 449.067. Companion section NAC 449.3977 imposes attendant knowledge and training obligations tied to the agency's license.
