What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Participants must create and manage a cash management plan to keep services within the allocated budget, submit required documentation for payment within required timeframes, and keep required records (employee timesheets, hospitalization records, purchases, etc.).(N.J.   • 5Participants must inform the Division of any change in contact information or Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare eligibility, and must inform the Division within three days if admitted to a medical, institutional, or residential facility.(N.J.   • 6Participants must participate in a Risk Assessment Profile initially and at periodic intervals, prepare an emergency back-up plan, and participate in randomly selected quality assurance reviews per CMS requirements.(N.J.   • 8Participants must agree to be the employer of record (IRS Section 3504 / Rev.
