What this rule requires your agency to do

Applies to: Organizations and business entities arranging or providing nursing, home health aide, therapeutic, personal care, or homemaker services in places of residence; individuals not employed by a licensed home health care provider who solicit and provide health support, personal care, or homemaker services for compensation
Defines "home health care provider" and "individual home care service provider" for purposes of RSA 151 residential care and health facility licensing, including limited-scope licenses for homemaker-only and personal-care-only providers and exclusions from the home health care provider definition.
