What this rule requires your agency to do

Requires home health agencies to maintain written advance-directive policies and to give each adult patient written information on Oregon health-care-decision rights, agency implementation policies, a copy of the ORS chapter 127 advance directive form, and a contact person — no later than 15 days after care begins and before discharge.
