What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Only tasks actually provided and checked on the ESV are paid; if a caregiver is paid for tasks not provided, the caregiver must notify the ASW so recoupment can be initiated.(Adult Services Manual (ASM) 144 - Verification of Services Provided (Home Help))
