- 1A home health agency shall provide part-time or intermittent health and health-related services to a patient in his or her place of residence, either singly or in combination, as required by a plan of care prescribed by a licensed physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant (Section 2).(902 KAR 20:081 Section 2 — Scope)
